We offer two kinds of annealed wire, bright annealed wire and black annealed wire. The annealed wire is supplied in the forms of cut straight wire, loop tie, coil wire, or U type wire. Black annealed wire gets its name from its plain black color, it also named soft annealed wire. Bright annealed wire is in comparison of black annealed wire. It is bright, smooth and beautiful after the processing of annealing. Mostly used as binding wire or tying wire.

Annealed Wire

Materials: Low carbon steel wire or choice iron wire.

Processing: Wire drawing, annealing and coiling.

Annealed Wire Features: Excellent flexibility and softness of the wires.

Wire Diameters: Similar to black annealed wire, from 5mm to 0.15mm(wire gauge 6# to 38#).

Soft annealed wire offers excellent flexibility and softness through the process of oxygen free annealing.

Uses

Annealed wire is mainly processed into coil wire, spool wire or big package wire. Or further straightened and cut into cut wire and U type wire. Annealed wire is used as tie wire or baling wire in building, parks and daily binding.

Diameter: BWG16#,18#,19#,20#,22# are the most popular sizes for sales.
 
Packing: in coil, by spool, or can be cut into sizes for binding /bundle.

Annealed Copper Wire

Copper wire is less visible and blatant on your tree than aluminum wire. It will age and develop a weathered patina, making it less visible.

Copper wire is superior to aluminum wire. While harder to work with, the holding power is greater in smaller gauges. Our copper wire has been through an annealing process. This makes the wire easier to work with, and the wire will become more rigid when bent and wrapped.
